Jasmina is part of the Portfolio Hiring Team, where her primary focus is recruiting top-tier talent across the portfolio side of VC and PE funds. Before joining Armstrong International, she has honed her expertise in Executive Search and Embedded Talent Acquisition. She was building Tech and Commercial teams for startups, scale-ups, and unicorn businesses within the dynamic tech landscape, across SaaS, Fintech, Ed-tech, Marketplace/E-commerce, Climate-tech, and more. Collaborating closely with founders, she delves into their unique challenges and company culture, connecting them with key talent that is an integral part of the success of the business.
