Biography
Martin Armstrong founded Armstrong International in 1989. He has worked in the financial services recruitment business for over thirty years and is an advisor to boards and business leaders in the sector. Martin is responsible for client origination and handles board level assignments for the firm. He specialises in chief executive and chief financial officer roles for banks and private markets companies. He has founded several businesses and charities over the years including Team Domenica and Skill Capital. Martin is married and has four children. He spends his weekends farming cattle and breeding horses in the South Downs.
