Maria is part of the Portfolio Team, focusing on hiring for Portfolio companies of VCs & PEs. She has worked with numerous startups & tech businesses from Seed to IPO, across various industries, including Fintech, AI, SaaS, Climate tech & Digitalisation. She is passionate about building core teams from the ground up or placing key talent to set up businesses for success, connecting the dots, and understanding their culture and needs throughout different growth stages. Maria holds an LL.B. in International & European Law from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
