Armstrong international was started in 1989 as a major talent provider for Goldman Sachs as it began its expansion Into Europe. During the course of its first decade Armstrong international placed over 150 people in Goldman Sachs many of which went on to be partners in the organisation. From that point Armstrong international added as S.G. Warburg and Bank of America Merrill Lynch as its clients and began to work across the financial services spectrum in providing these universal banks with outstanding talent. As it has grown over the past three decades Armstrong international is now a partnership consisting of homegrown partners who have worked for it for long time building businesses on behalf of investment companies. We only work for companies that are interested in talent as a major contributor to profitability and return. We are not interested in working for franchise companies.
