The Markets Team at Armstrong International is one of the most respected players in executive search. Highly regarded by both clients and competitors alike, we have conducted senior-level searches in the Rates, Equities, Credit, Foreign Exchange and Commodities markets since the late 80s.
Our well-established team, overseen by Sam Stylianou, is managed day-to-day by Partner, Matthew Osborne, who has completed numerous senior-level appointments across all aspects of Fixed Income across all functions in the markets.
We have successfully executed searches at all levels across all functions in Sales, Trading, Structuring and Research across Flow and Structured products. We also have a very strong track record in all origination functions across Debt, Equities and Structured Finance.
Our Equities team is headed by Nick Harper who has built and maintained some of Armstrong’s strongest relationships. His team have transacted searches across Research, Sales, Sales Trading, Equity Derivatives and Hedge Funds and all Consultants working within the markets division are responsible for specific vertical markets. This level of focus has enabled us to penetrate an entire market, gaining unrivalled product knowledge helping us to work quickly and accurately for our clients.
We continue to work for a small number of Global Investment Banks as well as some key independent players. The majority of our assignments are European based, however we have conducted searches in both Asia and the US. Typically our focus has been at the VP - MD level however our main competitive advantage has been to maintain strong relationships with key talent at all levels in the market.
