Established in 1989, the Investment Banking Practice always has, and remains, a core business within Armstrong International. Our expertise and in-depth relationships have been instrumental in building teams at key prestigious institutions where we have forged highly successful recruitment partnerships.
Currently our team is headed by Nick Harper, Head of Investment Banking and Equities, who has many years experience in carrying out senior-level searches for Armstrong International US and European Clients.
Our clients remain a core group with whom we have established long-term relationships which go beyond the purely transactional. As a result of the longevity of our relationships we have a deep institutional knowledge of our clients, which allows us to operate as a highly effective partner and advisor. Our core client group includes leading US and European Investment Banks and Hedge Funds.
Our track record remains unrivalled having conducted a significant number of assignments at Senior Vice President level or above, within the following areas: M&A, Corporate Finance, Corporate Broking, ECM, covering sub-areas of practice: Financial Institutions Group (FIG), Telecoms Media & Technology (TMT), Consumer/Retail, Industrial, Healthcare, Chemicals, Energy & Power, Utilities, Infrastructure, and Logistics/Service.
The group holds an established network across the UK and Europe where we have conducted searches for country heads to senior sector bankers in most European geographies.
