Partners

Matthew Osborne, Partner

Matthew joined Armstrong International at the start of 2001 in our Global Fixed Income Division. He has continued to specialise in Fixed Income, executing assignments within Hedge Fund Sales (Rates & Credit), Debt Capital Markets (Corps, FIG, Sov/Supra & Local Authorities across Europe), Corporate Derivatives (across Europe), Interest Rate Trading & Structuring (Cash, Swaps, Inflation, Vanilla & Exotic Options) as well as UK/Ireland/Benelux/Scandinavian Fixed Income Sales (Cash & Derivatives). Matthew became a Partner of Armstrong International in December 2005.

Prior to joining Armstrong International, Matthew worked at Harvey Nash, a London-based Headhunting firm where he worked in their Financial Services Practice. Previously Matthew graduated from University with a Business Degree.

Nick Harper, Partner

Nick Harper joined Armstrong International in July 2002 in our Equities division. He is now a Partner running both the Equities Practices and Corporate Finance. He has executed assignments at VP, Director and Managing Director level in Equities. Within Corporate Finance, Nick has worked on searches in a wide range of sector and product areas including Energy and Power, FIG, Media, Telecommunications, Real Estate and senior searches in France, Emerging Markets and the UK. In the Equities space, Nick has carried out a broad array of assignments within Research, Sales and Trading, both cash and deriviatives. Nick became a Partner at Armstrong International in December 2007.

Prior to joining Armstrong, Nick spent two years with a global executive search firm where he specialised in the Financial Services Industry, working across Investment Banking, Asset Management, Retail, Financial Services and Private Equity. Nick graduated from Bath University with a BSc in Business Administration.

William de Quetteville, Partner

William joined Armstrong International in 2009 to run the Investment Banking & Corporate Finance practice. He possesses an extensive track record across the broad spectrum of regions and industry groups within investment banking, as well as leveraged finance and equity capital markets. He has also worked across the principal investment space, on a range of asset classes including private equity, infrastructure and renewable energy / cleantech, as well as capital raising and fund - of - funds projects in those areas.

William previously worked at Korn / Ferry International, where he was a Partner. Prior to his career in search, he was employed by UBS. Will graduated with a degree in History from UEA.
